Compensation & Benefits

• $26.50 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and position)
• Weekly Pay — get paid every Friday
• Overtime available during peak seasons (up to 60 hrs/wk)

What You'll Do

• Complete an 8–10 hour delivery route in the Belgrade/Bozeman community
• Load your route each morning (start between 8:00–9:00 AM)
• Follow the routing app to deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently
• Return to the station at the end of your route
• Packages are 50 lbs or less
• Enjoy constant support from leadership — you're never alone on the road

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a couple of minor tickets won't disqualify you)
• Must pass a drug screening (we do not test for marijuana)
• Reliable, safety-minded, and community-oriented
• No delivery experience needed — we'll train you!

Available Shifts

• Day shift / Morning start (between 8:00–9:00 AM)
• No overnight shifts
• Open 7 days a week — flexible scheduling available
• Expected hours: 32–40 per week (with overtime opportunities)
• Part-time shifts available starting at 20 hours per week
